She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Henry Steven Adair, Jr.; and her mother Lillard Thomas Farris. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Henry Steven Adair, III (Stacey Adair), Farris Adair Jones, Thomas Randolph Adair (Katherine Adair) and Robert Brice Adair (Nichole Adair); and her grandchildren, Kelley Adair Creswell, Chaney Leone Adair, Richard Shawn Holland and Brice Nichole Adair.
