He is survived by: his son James Michael Weaver (Stephanie) of Notasulga, AL; his grandchildren, Cameron James Weaver and Charlotte Ruth Weaver; his siblings, Walda Vice (Jim) of Lake Martin, AL, Ken Weaver (Ann Forbes-Weaver) of Roanoke and Randy Weaver (Jane) of Pensacola, FL.; and his mother Doris Sessions Weaver of Wedowee.
