She is survived by: her husband Paul Arthur Runkel; her daughter Angela Dawn Combs (Runkel); her brother Elbert Eugene Russell, Jr.; her son-in-law James Lawrence Combs; and her grandsons, Matthew E. Combs and Lawrence J. Combs. She is also survived by 4 nieces, and numerous cousins.
