She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter "Willie" Walker and Fenella Harris Walker; and her husband Thomas M. "Tommy" Carter. She is survived by: her siblings, Walter "Snookie" Walker and Laura Ruth Garrett; her children, Kenneth Carter (Holly) and Holly Long (Mark); her grandchildren, Brittney, Baylie Grace and Carter Long; and her significant other Corgi. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
