She is survived by: her husband Earl Wiggins; her children, James David, Charles Andrew, Olivia Carol Rhodes (Bill) and Teresa Ellen Kelly (Mark); and her grandchildren, Jennifer Crowe (Robert), Ellen Frye (Will), David Wiggins, Elizabeth Bowman (Terry), Andrew Wiggins (Marie), Robert Wiggins, Jason Wiggins (KayCee), Jeffrey Wiggins, Nathan Kelly (Anna) and Meredith Kelly. She is also survived by great grandchildren, nephews and nieces.
