She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Altmiller and Esther Altmiller; her husband Thomas Joseph Azar, Sr.; her siblings, William Altmiller (Helen), James Altmiller (Mary) and Joann Shaughnessy (Robert); and her siblings-in-law, Myrtle Altmiller and Francis Mersmann.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas, Jr. (Brenda), Jerry, Mary Ann Ostrye (Kevin) and Helen Waldrop (Randy); her grandchildren, Thomas Azar, III (Maegan), Michael Azar, Lindsey Azar, Laura Ostrye, Nicholas Ostrye (Mary Allison), Lauren LeClair (John) and Wesley Glover (Rebekah); her great grandchildren, Tristan Azar, Deacon, Brooklyn Weaver, Layton, Colby Glover, Lydia, Emily LeClair and Charles Ostrye; and her siblings, Rita Mersmann, Helen Altmiller and Gerald Altmiller.
