He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Mary Reynolds Miles Vainstein of Montgomery, Courtenay of Saussure Miles, Paul Wilhite Miles, Jr. (Ryoko) of Osaka, Japan and Macon Spencer Miles (Kristen) of Colorado Springs; his grandchildren, Aria Bianca Maria Allan (Robert), Alexander Francois of Saussure Vainstein, Caleb Clarke Miles, Emery Catherine Miles, Catherine Spencer Miles, Paul Wilhite Miles, III, William Ryuto Miles and Spencer Haruto Miles; and his great grandchildren, Gavin Francis Clarke Allan and Luisa Spencer Marie Allan.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial gift may be made to Trinity Presbyterian Church; St. James School; or the Rotary Foundation, care of the Montgomery Rotary Club.
