Paula Cletola Thomas Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Paula Cletola Thomas (Montgomery, Alabama), born in Eclectic, Alabama, who passed away on April 8, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Burtus Louise Lovvorn and James Paul Blake; and her brothers, James Paul Blake, Jr. (Jimmy) and Vernon Eldon Blake. She is survived by: her husband Joseph "Reynolds" Thomas; her siblings, Lyndol Suvaughn Griffin and Darrell Barton Blake (Judy); her sister-in-law Marilyn Enfinger Blake; her niece Sheila Thomas Edmondson (Charles); her daughter Tammy Thomas Baqir (Russell); her great-nephew Joseph Reynolds Thomas, Jr. (Joey); and her grandchildren, Charles Wyatt Edmondson, Jr. (Wyatt), Thomas McFadden Cone, Joanna Blake Edmondson, Joseph Loui Cone (Joey) and Mason Blake Thomas. She is also survived by nephews and nieces.
