He is survived by: his wife Linda Holmberg Pitts Beasley; his daughters, Susan Beasley Pugh (Steve) and Sharon Beasley Edgar; and his grandchildren, John Edgar, IV, Bryan Pugh and Janie Edgar. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
