He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Oliver Kyser, Sr. and Mary Joyce Kyser (Craft); and his siblings, James Craft Kyser, Debra Joy Kyser Fleming, Judith "Judy" Leigh Kyser Nulph and Joel "Joe" Maurice Kyser.

He is survived by: his wife Vickie Joanne Kyser (Gibson); his sons, Jeremy Kyser (Jill), Jason Kyser (Lisa) and Jamie Kyser (Summer); his grandchildren, Annah Jane Kyser, Christian Kyser, Sarahmarie Kyser, Joshua Kyser, Samuel Kyser, Luke Kyser, Grant Kyser, Clark Kyser, Avery Kyser and Slade Kyser; his siblings, Jeff Kyser (Ellen) and Janet Kyser Johnson (Kent); and his brother-in-law Jim Fleming (Joy).

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Taylor Road Baptist Church (1685 Taylor Rd, Montgomery, AL 36117). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
