He was predeceased by: his wife Wilma Dean Henley Tyner; his son Raymond Lefoy Tyner; his parents, Cleve Tyner and Georgie Tyner; and his sisters, Dorothy Pyeatt, Faye Hinebaugh and Nancy Gantt.
He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Tyner Robinson and Keith Tyner (Cindy). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.
