He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Carr Moncrief, Sr. and Elaine England Moncrief; and his brother Horace Carr Moncrief, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Shelia Carol Prisock Moncrief; his children, Kara Lynn Moncrief and Tyler Allen Moncrief; his grandson Knox; and his siblings, Kathy White (Dale), Marilynn Lawrence (Randy) and Steve (Sue). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
