He is survived by: his children, Sheryl Shockley (Mark), Lesley Dorsey and Angela Keating (Michael); his grandchildren, Matthew Shockley (Kim), Adam Shockley, Jake Shockley (Shelby), Nicolas Frye (Graham), Lindsey Forshey (Danny), Drew Keene (Bridget), Amber Dorsey, Ashton Sorrells (Patrick) and Trent Dorsey (Carrie); his great grandchildren, Skylar Frye, Hailey Lamar, Ethan Shockley, Tanner Shockley, Ryan Forshey, Adalynn Keene, Lily Frye, Caroline Shockley, Mary Katherine Frye, John Worth Shockley and William Shockley; and his caregivers, Theadora Sumbry and Morgan Moore.
