He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Erby Jones and Maude Bell Rogers Jones; and his sister Juanita Maude Jones Somers. He is survived by: his wife Ann Blanton Jones; his children, Robert Laslie Jones, Jr. (Jennie) and Kimberly Ann Jones; his grandchildren, Laura Ann Jones Spires (David), Robert Laslie Jones III (Kyle), Jonathan Caton Jones (Sarah) and McKenzie Allen Jones; and his great grandchildren, David Jonathan Spires, Jr., Isabella Ann Spires, Robert Laslie Jones IV, Hampton Breece Jones, Hayes McRae Jones, Leal Elizabeth Jones and Emma Virginia Jones. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Greenwood Cemetary.
