He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Quaglia and Bernice Siegler; his brother Dick Quallio; his daughter Synthia Jackson; and his parents-in-law, Sara Sprague Brooks and Carleton K. Sprague.
He is survived by: his wife Carole K. Quallio; his children, Jeffrey Keith (Karen), David John (Crystal) and Brenda Rothenbuhler (Seth); his grandchildren, Ansley Keith Quallio and Jaxson Paul Quallio; and his brother Jim Quaglia (Susan).
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested any monetary gifts be sent as donations to Vaughn Forest Church to honor Rudy.
