He is survived by: his children, Samantha Carter (Jason) and Patrick Thanem; his siblings, Teresa Adams, Yvonne Thanem and Daniel Thanem; his grandchildren, Brody, Jaxon, Landon, Jayden, Cali, Gavin, Zackary, Amelia and Madison; and his great grandchildren, Tristan, Kash and Willow. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
