She is survived by: her children, Milton C. "Mack" Smith, III (Judy) and Kelli Smith Chambers (Greg); her grandson Chad Chambers; and her sister-in-law Gracie Hall of Montevallo.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to be made in her memory to Heritage Baptist Church Worship Fund.
