We are sad to announce that, on January 10, 2026, at the age of 66, Sherry Williams (Montgomery, Alabama) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Ware Sr. and Edgardine Ware; and her husband John W. Williams. She is survived by: her daughters, Amethyst and Emerald; her grandsons, Braylyn and Jace; her brother Reginald Ware Sr.; her godparents, George and Joyce Jarrett; and her nieces, Patrice Taylor (Derrick) and Jericka Sutherland (Michael). She is also survived by cousins, colleagues and close friends.

In lieu of flowers or sympathy cards, the family kindly requests that gifts be made to Phillips-Riley Funeral Home in Sherry's honor.
