She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Richard L. McBride, Sr.; her parents, Hollis Buford Boston Sr. and Opie Hargrove Boston; and her brother Hollis Buford Boston Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Richard Lee McBride, Jr. (Jordan Montiel McBride) of Montgomery and Suzanne McBride Maddox of Birmingham; her grandchildren, Robert "Rob" Michael Smith Jr., Hunter Richard Smith, Richard L. McBride, III, Elizabeth Glen McBride and David Reid McBride; her great grandchildren, Violet Maria Elizabeth Lohr, Rylan Dan Smith, Ella Luna Smith and Emerson Lee Smith; and her brother Robert Benjamin Boston. She is also survived by grandchildren, Sue loved her family, visiting the great grandchildren and spending time with friends and family.
