He is survived by: his wife Annie; his sons, Timothy, Jason and BJ; his granddaughters, Lexie, Ansley and Adaline; his father Ted; his stepmother Shirley; and his siblings, Tommy, Michael, Tammy and Trisha. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
