He is survived by: his parents, Robert Cearley and Bonnie Cearley of Hickory, NC.; his wife Charlotte Cushing Cearley; his children, Matt, Joy and Sarah Cearley; his brother Tom Cearley (Carol); and his nieces and nephews, Sharon Easton (Bob), Amanda Hill, Stephen Hill (Katy), Ashley Ward (Matt), Wesley Cearley (Marcie), Josh Webb, Hannah Rice (Kyle) and Luke Webb (Katie). He is also survived by great nieces and a great nephew.
