The lying in state was held on Tuesday, May 28th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Phillips-Riley Funeral Home (2284 W Fairview Ave, Montgomery, AL 36108). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Phillips-Riley Funeral Home Chapel (2284 W Fairview Ave, Montgomery, AL 36108). Social Distancing Practices will be observed during the visitation and service.
