He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Christine Macon, Bart Neil Sr., Silas Edwards and Clairine Lenoir Edwards. He is survived by: his uncles, Hugh Lynn Edwards, Miller Edwards and Jerry Edwards; his aunt Barbra Bradley; his wife Sarah Jaynes Neil; his parents, Eliza Reed and Bart Neil Jr.; his sister Ashley Neil-Provo; his children, Zack Neil, Lindsey Neil, Sidney Neil and Tyahna Neil; his grandchildren, Ezekial Smith and Messiah Underwood; his nephew Jackson Provo; and his aunts and uncles, Rosa Price, Mary Jackson, Pam Mccowan, Michael Neil, Joe Lenoir and Charles Edwards.
