He is survived by: his wife Janice Goolsby Davis; his daughters, Franki White and Wanda McCullers (Stanley); his grandchildren, Adam Hayes, Amber Blazer (Daniel), Heather McCullers, Chris Hayes (Jessi) and Hillary Sullivan (Chase); his great grandchildren, Makenna Blazer, Micah Blazer, Krista Blazer, Callie Sullivan and Luka Sullivan; and his siblings, LeDean Phipps and Gene Davis (Cindy). He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
