He was predeceased by: his parents, William Homer and Gertie Vawter. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Vandegriff Vawter; his sons, William Victor Vawter (Susan) and Eric Franklin Vawter (Kristine); his stepsons, Colin Durham and Blair Durham; his grandchildren, William Nickolas, Jack Mattox and Hannah Victoria Vawter; and his great grandchild William Wade Vawter.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Leak Memory Chapel (945 Lincoln Rd, Montgomery, AL 36109).
