She was predeceased by: her husband David Livingston Watson; her son Larry Wayne Watson; her parents, Ozella Butler Havird and Broadus Franklin Havird; her brother Tony Melvin Havird; and her son-in-law James A Vann, Jr..
She is survived by: her sister Frankie Joyce Snowden; her sibling's children, Wanda S. Horn, Jay Snowden, Javan Snowden and Jeff Havird; her great-niece Joyce Watson Vann; her grandsons, David Larry Vann and Timothy James Vann (Julia); and her great grandchildren, Evren and Zora Vann.
