He is survived by: his children, Steve Thomason (Michele) and Melissa Phillips (Skyler); his grandsons, Noah Phillips and Elliot Phillips; and his siblings, Arlen Thomason (Susie), Cindy Savage (Bryan), Ramona Carmack, Tricia Thomason and Dale Atkins (Larry).
