He is survived by: his wife Mareen Chambers; his children, Dean Chambers and Katie Godoy; and his sisters, Barbara Dalton and Ellen Mikell. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Moss-Service Funeral Home (1901 2nd Ave N, Nashville, TN 37208). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Duck Creek Missionary Baptist Church.
