He is survived by: his sons, David Hicks (Connie) and Paul Hicks (Christy); his grandsons, Evan (Sarah), Jonah (Zeba), Samuel and Luke; his great grandchildren, Brevity, Zane, Levi and Baby Aidan; his close friend Carolyn Frost; and his brother John Hicks (Libby). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends including his good neighbors.
