She was predeceased by: her parents, Doc Higgins and Mary Lou Higgins; her husband Curtis E. Hagood; and her brother Billy Joe Higgins. She is survived by: her daughter Teresa Guthrie (Gaius); her granddaughters, Scotti Clark (Tyler) and Sunni Farris (Austin); her great grandchildren, Cayden, Harper Clark and Charlie Jean Farris; and her friend Gertrude Payne (Robert).
