She was predeceased by: her parents, James Howard Holt and Willodeane Abel Holt; her children, Johnny Fagan and Tracy Fagan; her son-in-law Ronnie Johnson; her siblings, Jimmy Holt and Kathy Holt; and her grandson Chad Fagan.
She is survived by: her husband John Fagan; her children, Mike Fagan (Tabatha), Todd Fagan (Connie), Kim Johnson and Stacy Weems (Stacy); her brother Don Holt; and her grandchildren, Brandon, Brittany, Chelseya (Billy), Justin (Alyson), Carly (Tyler), Andrew, Tosha (Brad), Hayden (Casey), Seth (Cheyenne) and Tiffany (Caleb).
