She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lennis and Carrie Richardson Carroll; and her siblings, Alvis Carroll, Windham Carroll, Lennis Wayne Carroll and Betty Jo Stricklin.

She is survived by: her husband James Larry Terry; her brother Douglas Carroll (Barbara); and her siblings-in-law, Rudy Terry (Reda) and Judy Looney (Jackie). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or a favorite charity.
