He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Collins; his sons, Tony Collins (Tara) and Jeffrey Collins (Sissy); and his sisters, Linda Royer (Steve), Sandra McCormick (Bobby), Rita Simms (Don) and Lisa Gaddy. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren.
