She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin "Shiney" Owens and Cora Gray Owens; her husband Doyle Cahela; and her daughter Janet Cahela. She is survived by: her daughter Melonee Wilkerson (Tom); her siblings, Alfred Owens (Diane), Don Owens (Brenda), Nell Thrasher, Annie Bullard and Vicky Maxwell (Danny); her grandchild A. J. Wilkerson (Danielle); and her great grandchildren, Seth Wilkerson and Neil Wilkerson.
