He is survived by: his wife Kathy Randolph Curtis; his sons, Brad Curtis (Charity) and Brandon Curtis (Chrissy); his siblings, Charles Curtis (Betty), Danny and Jewell Waits (Jerry); and his grandsons, Elijah Curtis and Micah Curtis.
