He is survived by: his children, Philip Miller (Lana) and Cindy Wiley (Greg); his sisters, Nadine Gray, Rachel Hitt (David) and Tammy Miller; his grandchildren, Alaina Wiley, McKendree Garner (James), Jasper Miller, Alison Wiley and Alivia Wiley; and his great grandchild Wrenley Garner.
