He was predeceased by: his parents, Carrel Terry and Argean Terry Terry; and his sister Felecia Gillespie. He is survived by: his son DeWayne Thompson (Melinda); his grandchildren, Whitney Wiggington (Jake), Marcus Thompson (Olivia) and Courtney McLemore (Krissy); his great grandchildren, Jaxon Wiggington, Kyler Thompson, Ryleigh Wiggington and Kayden Thompson; his brother Michiel Terry (Cathy); and his brother-in-law Kenneth Gillespie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
