He is survived by: his children, Ricky Johnson, Phillip Johnson (Julie), Gina Johnson Reed and Vickie Armstrong (Dayton); his brother-in-law Johnny Bradford; and his grandchildren, Mandy Brewer (Jamie), Kurt Johnson (Kim), Amber Johnson, Caleb Armstrong, Paige Armstrong and Lily Reed Harville (Micah).
