He was predeceased by: his mother Merlene Johnson. He is survived by: his father Glenn Johnson; and his siblings, Ricky Johnson, Phillip Johnson (Julie), Vickie Armstrong (Dayton) and Gina Reed. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
