He is survived by: his wife Sarah Clayton Richard; his daughter Sylina Sandlin (Tim); his grandchildren, Madison Vest (Wesley), Holly Blankenship (Payton) and Emily Sandlin; his brother Sammy Richard (Carol); and his children, Gerald Richard, Harold David Richard and Kimberly Pickard. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
