He is survived by: his children, Sharon Johnson, Samantha Johnson (James), Nicholas White and Kimberly Terry (Bradley); his grandchildren, Brooklyn Johnson, Zachary Terry (Tori), Michael Terry, Camryn Terry and Paislee Terry; his great grandchild Emersyn Terry; his brother Jason White; his stepmother Annette White; and his pets, Bella and Dodge Ram. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
