He was predeceased by : his mother Mary Faye Bailey; and his siblings, Jeanie Faye Hill, Brent Borden and Danny Nichols. He is survived by : his children, Susan Nichols, Michael Nichols (Barbara), James Nichols (Crystal) and Jessie Rose Daniels; his father James Dewey Nichols Sr.; his nephew Willy Roberts (Lisa); and his siblings, Becky Cummings (David), Janice Wells (Donny), Betty Mae Palmer, Brian Borden and Buddy Nichols. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
