He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Flannagin and Mary Flannagin; his wife Margaret Elizabeth Flannagin (Bracken); and his grandson Ethan Shelton. He is survived by: his children, Timothy Flannagin, Tina Tucker (Joey) and Treata Shelton (Wayne); his grandchildren, Marsha Barton (Mark), Heather Gillstrap (Kyle), Megan Gober (Jordan), Lance Cottingham, Amber Harp (Tim), Harley Coffey and Emily Shelton; and his sisters, Lucille Williams and Mavene Hood.
