He is survived by: his daughter Shelly Terry Huggins (Alex); his stepchildren, Mikey Humes (Kandis), Stephanie Lucius (Joe) and Nancy Hensley (Scotty); and his siblings, Darryl Terry and Pam Johnson (Terry).
