He was predeceased by : his parents, Charlie Nelson and Essie Nelson; and his siblings, Dorvan Nelson and Peggy Payne. He is survived by : his wife Carolyn Nelson; his son Jason Nelson; his grandmothers, Livingston (Theron), Cindy Nelson and Selena Self (Tim); his grandchildren, Craig Poole (Tiffany), Kendra Sullins (Kyle), Cory Elmore (David), Cody Poole, Anna Lybarger (Kyle), Judd Nelson (Lexi) and Skyler Self; his great grandchildren, Allison Boatwright, Gabe Sullins, Ryne Sullins, Lillian Boatwright, Lane Sullins, Isiah Sullins, Ellie Houser, Cash Nelson and Chapman Elmore; and his sisters, Maxine Hembree and Caroyln Fisher (Danny).
