She was predeceased by : her parents, William "Orelle" Vick and Purnie Letson Vick; and her siblings, William Vick, Willard Vick, Roger Vick, Morris Vick, Ruby Louise "Tootsie" Gibbs and Ellen Carter.

She is survived by : her children, Michael Way (Tracy), Sharon Way and Danny Way; her grandsons, Jeremy Way and Clint Way; and her siblings, Faye Turner, Angie Fields (Billy), Sandy Byles, James Vick, Rayburn Vick (Dene) and Odie Vick. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
