She was predeceased by: her parents, Velma Jacobs and William Jacobs; and her siblings, Hansel Jacobs, S. B. Jacobs, Jerry Jacobs and Nadean Scott Conklin.
She is survived by: her husband Dee Wendell Terry; her children, Deborah Bradby Mefford and Tracy Reynolds (Sherry); and her sisters, Brenda Joyce Reynolds and Bernice Bagwell. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial donations be made to Decatur Rehabilitation and Healthcare or Compassus Hospice.
