He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Brandon Nix (Brooke), Brock Nix (Megan) and Emily Barron (Eric); his grandchild Carlee Nix; his children, Wilder Rose Nix, Willow Nix, Rebekah Barron, David Barron and Luke Barron; and his sister Genelle Simmons (Henry). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
