He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Jones and Ethel Filyaw Jones; his wife Myra Jones; and his siblings, Melvin Jones, Joel Jones, Kermit Jones, Clinton Jones, Robert Jones, Paralee Richardson, Mattie Lee Morris and Bobbie Glover.
He is survived by: his son Timothy Jones (Cathy); his granddaughter Candice Jones; and his brother Roger Dale Jones. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
