He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvie O. Terry and Sybil Corene Fretwell Terry; his wife Barbara Nell Blankenship Terry; his son Dale Terry; and his close friend Scooter.
He is survived by: his son Scott Terry (Kara) of Moulton; his grandchildren, Scarlett Terry and Lawson Terry; his brother Howell Terry; his nieces, Beth Scott (Rodney) and Nicki Mitchell; and his close friend Brenda Phillips. He is also survived by four great-nieces; one great-great niece; and multiple in-law nieces, nephews.
